By accessing and using OneLink Bharat ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
OneLink Bharat is a digital identity platform that allows users to create personalized profile pages with links, media, and contact information. Our services include:
- Free basic profiles with limited features
- Premium profiles with advanced customization and analytics
- Role-based profile templates
- Link management and analytics tools
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:

5. Content Ownership and Rights
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and promote your content.
Our Content
All content provided by OneLink Bharat, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Premium Services
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. By subscribing to premium services:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice; a price change never affects a period you have already paid for
- Premium is a one-year plan paid once. It does not renew automatically: it ends after one year unless you choose to renew
Profile FX (effect purchases)
Profile FX come in two kinds.
- Moving effects (such as Living Dot Grid, Liquid Glass Buttons and Cinematic Intro) are included with a Premium subscription and are not sold separately. They are available only while your Premium subscription is active, switch off when it ends, and return if you renew.
- Still effects (such as gradient backdrops) may be bought individually on any plan. A purchase grants you a lifetime, non-transferable licence to use that effect on your OneLink Bharat profile for as long as the service operates. Premium subscribers may also use still effects while subscribed.
A licence does not grant ownership of, or any rights to, the underlying source code, designs or assets, and does not permit use outside the OneLink Bharat platform. An effect you have bought individually stays yours even if it is later included with Premium or no longer sold. Prices shown at the time of purchase are final; purchases are one-time and non-recurring.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services ceases immediately
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Outstanding payments remain due
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy and reliability of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Security of your data
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall OneLink Bharat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneLink Bharat, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms. We will give at least 30 days notice of changes that materially affect you, including price changes, by email or by a notice on the site; other changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
